The perfect smart lock for doors outside WiFi range

For smart lock convenience that extends beyond the reach of your home WiFi network, you can connect your Schlage Arrive to the Schlage Home app through Bluetooth. This option is ideal for exterior doors further out from your home WiFi network, like the garage side door, back shed or hobby barn. When connected through Bluetooth only, you can use the Schlage Home app when within 100ft of your Schlage Arrive. This is the perfect solution for doors where you want the ability to manage access codes, view lock history, and lock/unlock from the Schlage Home app – all when near the door - but don’t need to connect your lock to WiFi or manage your lock away from home.

Will the Schlage Arrive Smart WiFi Deadbolt work if my WiFi or power goes out?

In the event of a power or WiFi outage, you don’t have to worry – Schlage Arrive is battery powered, and codes and schedules stay active. You will be able to enter your access code for keyless entry, and you can even use the Schlage Home app without WiFi when within Bluetooth range to lock/unlock, manage codes, view lock history, and easily manage lock settings.
