What is Schlage’s shipping policy?
Schlage offers free standard shipping in the US or 2-day shipping for an additional fee.
Free shipping offer only on items available for shipment within the United States and may not be applied to previous purchases. Shipping to Canada and Mexico is not available.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) and will ship from Schlage within 2 business days (exceptions for Holidays may apply). If orders are placed over the weekend or a holiday, they will be processed the following business day. Once the order leaves our warehouse, delivery timeframes depend on the carrier service and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Approximate delivery dates are provided at checkout. All delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3-5 additional days for U.S. orders (exceptions may apply to Hawaii and Alaska). Schlage aims to deliver orders within the estimated delivery window; however, unexpected factors may cause delays in your delivery.
Schlage is not liable for changes in delivery dates or shipping.
How do I track my package?
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order.
What if a product I wish to order is out of stock?
To uphold our delivery promises, Schlage cannot accept orders on products that are out of stock. Please visit our site again to check product availability.
What is Schlage’s returns & refunds policy?
Except for products designated on the Site as non-returnable, Schlage will accept return of any products purchased directly from Schlage for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided that you place a request for a return no later than ninety (90) days after shipment of the relevant product(s). Products must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging and documentation, and cannot be modified or show signs of wear or use. Product sets must be returned complete with all components in their original condition, with original packaging and documentation, and cannot be modified or show signs of wear or use. If both items are not returned together, no refund will be issued until all products are received. Schlage may reject a return due to product condition in its sole discretion.
To initiate a return, email schlage.resorders@allegion.com to request a return and to receive from Schlage a return label to ship your product. Please include the following information in your return request email:
- First and Last Name on the Order
- Order Number
- Email address used for the order
- Product Requesting Return and Quantity
- Reason for Return
No returns will be accepted without a Schlage provided shipping label. Items should be shipped to the address provided in the shipping label received from Schlage. You bear the risk of loss during shipment of your returned items.
Refunds are processed within approximately 15 days of receipt of your returned items. Any refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
