Users of Schlage Encode family locks set up in the Schlage Home app can now receive proactive notifications of their lock’s remaining battery life at 8 weeks, 6 weeks, 4 weeks, 2 weeks and 1 week. To make the most of the new predictive battery feature, make sure your Schlage Home app is updated to the latest version.
Follow these three quick steps to customize your predictive battery analytics notifications.
- Select the three dots on the right side of your lock’s module, then tap ‘Lock Settings’
- Once in your lock’s settings, tap ‘Notification Settings’
- Turn on ‘Battery Life Notifications’ and select your preferred notification timing.
