Schlage Connect locks powered by Zigbee do not have a built-in alarm. You can verify if you have a Zigbee lock by checking the color of your lock's circuit board. Zigbee locks have a blue circuit board.
Schlage Connect locks powered by Z-wave technology have a green circuit board. Model BE468 does not have the built-in-alarm while BE469 features the built-in-alarm.
