This infographic shows the results of a recent survey that asked consumers how they feel about living in a society that primarily uses keyless locks.
When Back to the Future (BTTF) II came out in 1989, having a fully automated home by 2015 seemed like a very unrealistic idea. Skip forward to present day and BTTF actually wasn't too far off from our reality. If there's one thing we learned from new product announcements at this year's Consumer Electronics Show (CES), it's that the smart home is in. Consumers are looking for convenience, greater efficiency and peace of mind. That's why we're throwing away the key and looking at keyless electronic locks.
We conducted a recent survey to see how consumers feel about going keyless. A majority (75%) of younger Americans, ages 18-34, believe that keyless locks will soon be inevitable while 62% of all who were surveyed believe we will soon live in a keyless society. We created the infographic below to display the rest the results.
